We paid more than that for a tv now selling for $400.

I don't even own a TV set because there isn't anything on worth watching (in my opinion).

There’s only been a couple of minor repairs due to one tenant hanging their TV and the new tenants wanting the holes fixed.

I am torn on what kind of review to leave.Here is what was wrong:Rotten trim on the front porchPorch deck board with a lot of play indicating support beam underneath needed to be repaired.The ac filter did nothing as there was a door with louvers on back side of air handler intake where bulk of air was being pulled fromMattress needs to be replaced.All rooms with tile floor (3 rooms) had cracks in some of the tile.Lights burned out in bottom of microwave that shines on stoveTV was good sized and had cable, but was not a smart TV and this was the only TV in the house.No gutters on house, buth tin overhangs over window.

I see guys on TV make mistake of not realizing what they can or cnt do.

And in another 20 years as BP ( like CA appreciation ) has 1 mil viewers and 10 million views there is a whole army that will only buy cash flow for the 2% rule   :) Ok I am being a little factious here but you get the drift.

Our airport was part of the discovery channels TV series on flying in bush Alaska.
