So don't take things so personal and set your phone on vibrate,, don't answer on her first ring or immediately to a text, unless your prepared to give her an immediate answer.. give yourself a moment to think and schedule what's needed as to a response and service set up.

Finally, use drapery rings so they glide on the rod easier.  

I've set up the ring tones to be different for the three lines, so I can tell which line is being called.
