@Jon CarterThere's one thing that's not spoken about here and that's dealing with terms deals that do not ta a lot of money and I would advise you to look at expired listings and talking to those people about selling on terms which doesn't cost a lot of money.

It might cost a very small percentage of the job, but as long as you can use technology to put yourself on the job site and see the flow of the project and the progress, it is well worth it.
