I am looking at a property that is currently rented partially to travel nurses.

If it is a short term rental I would look to market it on sites such as travel nurses or Airbnb.

I am currently a registered nurse and have been working for a little over 2 years in the profession.

Morris has a line where he says doctors and nurses are his properties tenants. 😂 It's possible he is referring to bankrupt doctors and/or boozed 👆 up nurses who have blown their 💰  on bad investments.  

Many if not most mid-term guests are traveling nurses or other medical profesisonals.

I still house hack at my primary residence by renting out part of it to travel nurses.

I admit I don’t always have the best interior design skills so I incorporated the help of my sister (who is also a travel nurse).Do your due diligence in your market to ensure there is a need for an MTR of your size.

I'm wondering if it would be worth it to furnish it and list it as a short term rental particularly for traveling nurses.

Funerals, grandkids, hospital visitors, traveling nurses, just visiting family, and all around people looking to stay AWAY from the parks and have something affordable will turn to you.

While we are on the subject, episode 392 w/ Todd Baldwin is one of my favorite BP podcasts and it covers coliving.Personally been interested in buying up small multi-family around hospitals for travel nurses.
