Most companies in the San Diego area also offered site fencing and that can be a big money maker for you as well. check it out...As an option (or maybe standard) I would include a handwash/facewash station right outside the john.

I see it as a form of investment diversification...safe.... not sexy.... not a big $$ maker.....but thats ok...as long as you have plenty of other investments that pay much better. 

I’ve heard it’s more of an amenity than a money maker.
