Just a followup...In regards to open accounts on the credit report, you also want to be comfortable that the applicant is able to pay those monthly payments as well as the rent, and will not be "juggling" their money.I also did not mention what is for me, the last step in the application process: criminal background check.

I'm just pretty concerned that I won't be able to continue doing business as a wholesaler, knowing that a double close isn't an option anymore and clearly I can't assign a contract without opening myself up to possible criminal charges.
