Probably Mayo and Cleveland clinics get the press and maybe Boston and NE area Harvard/MIT also, but seems a lot of underrated work being done in Dallas and Houston. 

My question is, when using BP's rental property tool, it asks for a percentage for "Repairs and Maintenance" and "CapEx," do I (with trial and error) input a percentage into the tool that ends up matching the result of the MRBA and MCEBA?

I have not tried any of them but intend to try the free trial for each when I get closer to my launch date.

This can't be a trial and error learning situation for all you guys to know the exact same stuff and know so much of it.

Explain that she is on a trial period and if she abides by that agreement you will then sign the next year's lease agreement. 

So, clearly, you probably have a slam dunk case for fraud however a civil trial would easily cost 10 to 50 k plus depending on the number of floors in your attorney's office building. 

I believe they offer a free trial.
