You have the lots for the builds or you have the money to cover the lots and you obviously want the pot as sweet as it can be for you while wanting to make it profitable for your investor. 

No expert but am starting to work this market and getting an idea on what strategy will hit the sweet spot. 

Another thing I think would be sweet is if BP brought back the total vote tracking.

Under $200k is the sweet spot.

I'm curious to know what the sweet spot rent range is for the area.

You might want to check other HMLs . . . often if they require a larger down payment it is because the deal is not as sweet as you think it is. 

But it must have been hard to part with that sweet blue carpet.

I’m sure there are others but I like to meet people personally and I don’t have a trip out planned for a while.as far as his screening process goes, he takes his sweet time to fill the vacancies under the guise that he’s placing good tenants.
