There's a forum category dedicated to rehabbing and flipping.I would strongly recommend picking up a copy of J Scott's books published by BiggerPockets, "The Book on Flipping Houses" and "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs". 

They all publish data and Denver is definitely on the radar.

It does not matter what was going on in your mind on the day of closing, or even the months afterwards, unless you were publishing your thoughts on your blog.

That said, I’ve augmented the course with just about all the BP published books (Especially Brandon Turner and J Scott’s books) and asking questions or reading the forums here.
