Are you privileged to the contract that the seller and PM/agent had signed?

Do you really want to lose $6k per year for the privilege of going out and seeking another such "opportunity"?

I love compounding interest and I love revitalizing neighborhoods through REI. 

I don't think I'd pay $140K for the privileged of owning it so I could collect $1,200 in rent.

In our case, we consistently reinvested those returns to take advantage of the compounding, instead of adjusting our lifestyle.

There is also a difference in primers and what they are for, PVA primers are for new drywall, seals the paper and any of your joint compound.

You've already made mistakes for whatever reason, don't compound them by stepping over a dollar to save a dime.

On the other hand it gives you certain privileges e.g access to the mls, forms and usually through continuing ed should make you more familiar with real estate laws.
