How many extra "irons in the fire" are you expecting to have down the track?

It may be all ok but these are some things to iron out before you go.

Ironically, they confided that they earn more money on fees charged to tenants than they do management fees charged to owners.

But I believe in a well stocked kitchen though with a crock pot, waffle iron, griddle, blender, salad spinner, snow cone maker, etc.

Also, you hit at the classic day job issue which has two camps, too...ironically, your day job may help you launch away from it (as banks like a strong, steady w2 like yours to make loans), so that can be part of your real estate plan, too..

Which, as an ironic twist, the IRS "EIN Assistant" service is currently down...maybe that's why they charge.
