I'm going to look for meeting places, and then set up a meetup calendar.

Vrbo has awesome analytics and they don't charge anything extra for the data.Before they had this I just looked up other similar properties close by and checked their rates and calendar.

So then the bank required 10% EMD Cashiers check 2 days after acceptance... with a 12 day closing (calendar days).  

I don't need just reservation calendar syncing software to avoid double bookings which seems to be everywhere.

@Phillip Vera Probably not, it really depends on my court calendar and client obligations.

Those passive losses can offset the gains you made, as long as you sell your real estate and invest the gains in the same calendar year.

Facebook marketplace is also pretty popular for selling things not sure about the vacation rental market but it is free.I doubt you need much more than Homeaway and Air to keep your place booked.Look at other properties that would be similar to yours and see how full their calendars are and what rates they are getting.

Kenny - I also use iGMS and pull the phone numbers - It's broken for me, too.Also, and more concerning, the Vrbo calendars keep getting random blockings every morning since whatever change was made at the end of June.I have not heard back from iGMS on this yet, have you?
