I'll be moving to Portland, OR in the next few weeks and could do with some guidance in finding good deals on properties there.I've started researching properties in OR and am using various online tools to search for properties, some even as a paid member to get access to Foreclosed and REO properties.

It is just how it works.It amuses me when investors complain here about contractors negotiating for work, or tenants negotiating lease terms and payments, or brokers charging a certain commission......when they brag about buying properties below market.
