I just returned from a 5 day Noteworthy Conference where there were two vendors selling self-servicing software.

Just got back from a conference, been going to a lot of concerts, and snowboard season is coming up.

I was a rep for a state of CA senator for the antiquated plat steering committee this was early 80s  .. and we had a big conference in Ft.

It's professionally managed by one of the best leadership teams in the world (whereas your houses are being managed - specially in the beginning - by YOU)2.

I'm planning on going to Noteworthy this weekend in Las Vegas and wanted to see if anyone had a meet-up  planned for Friday Evening.Is there a set location for people to meet up and network after the conference on Friday?

Historically I have filed Schedule C with my major expenses being in travel (combination of mileage as well as airfare/hotel for related conferences) and depreciation (equipment).

Iv been studying alot of books and podcasts and now looking at attending some real estate conferences and meetups. 

Eventually the city will (through changing strategies or enough voters getting angry at current leadership) to start to affect the conditions on the ground.  

Networks could be: local builders exchange, local and regional homebuilders association, search on websites for NAHB, NMHC, ULI, attend real estate meet-ups, attend real estate conferences.

I was at Joe Fairless' conference in Denver last week, and they had an hour long heated debate on where we are in the cycle.
