I think most who live out in that area are ranch hands, plant workers and fisherman.  

Think professionals who have a vested interest in the community and keeping their noses clean, or perhaps a foreman at a local plant who has had to put in 3-5 years working his way up from the bottom.No self-employed.

I have a four-family house in Stamford that has a small yard, a handful of bushes/plants, and a 5-10 yard sidewalk up to the front door.

We source our water directly from the county and flow our sewer to the municipality, we have no well/lift station/treatment plant or any chemicals.

We manage several rental units in our small town and were approached by our local meat packing plant a few months ago with an interesting proposal.

With the Toyota plant going in and FBI headquarters in red arsenal.

But Ben's little town is just one Auto plant coming in and building a new factory away from a rebound :) example whats potentially happeging in Toledo with FIAT Chrysler and the state selling bonds to facilitate it.
