This has made us the current epicenter of the global pandemic BUT what its done for RE, both SFR and MFR has been nothing sort of shocking. 

We recently received about a 20-25lb box of Lindt chocolates (Engelo's favorite) in the mail from one of our investors that we got to connect with while in San Francisco at the Think Realty Global Conference.I have learned so much from @Engelo Rumora when we first met and now on a daily basis in the office.

Also I purchased a Skype out account and I think it's $6/mo for unlimited to US and Canadian landlines / mobile. 

Yikes just got off the phone with the PM and unfortunately the portables couldnt make it out on time due to the global supply chain crisis.

I have found some great tools, but I am not sure if they are all Canadian friendly.

How do we as Canadians make these numbers work?
