Does anyone know if you have to pay documentary stamps on properties that you take "subject to" existing liens?

Unless your agent can stamp their name name on it or have some sort of tie to it and go down with you- there j.o.b. is to sell.

My rents are running 25-30% higher under the  PM as well,   which also acts as a filter.I suppose since credit score is an amagamation of other discoverable information,   all that would need to happen is the individual attributes of the credit history  (bill payment history,   judgments,  all that other stuff) could still be reported,  they just can't stamp a number on it.   

I use the date/time stamp feature in Quickbooks just to establish a legal time line of events.As a nurse, I have had occasion to make referrals to Adult Protective Services. 

To clarify, this turn-key property was interviewed by and given the stamp of approval by BiggerPockets (that's how I found them and why I trust them).

Depending on the closing price you may want to chose your own title company (Although you won't get the credit for an owner's title policy that you get by using their title agent) You will also pay all the transfers and doc stamps that are normally split between a buyer and seller. 

Seems to be mostly tourists looking for a T Shirt and outside of the occasional concert(We will actually be going to see Vanilla Ice there in July lol) there is just not much going on.
