allows the landlord to issue a "Perform or Vacate" notice:"This notice is used when a tenant has violated a provision of the lease, giving the tenant 14 days to cure the violation, or 30 days to vacate the premises."

We need to find a cure we can't 'social distance' indefinitely.

I understand that people are on edge right now, but there is zero need for you to be rude to me for pointing out that a landlord can't charge both tenants of a duplex for sewage problems, when it is supposedly clear that only one tenant on one side of the duplex is to blame. 

I almost bought a house that the septic was in a watershed and the cure was to have a completely enclosed tank and have it pumped monthly.

I am of the nature an ounce of prevention over a pound of cure so I am willing to pay a little more to know that all my bases are covered.
