Everything is much easier now, which is why we're seeing more amateurish behavior and more scams.

However, there are scams out there with people using fake notary stamps.Who recorded the deed?

It is good if done right, but be aware that a lot of it is a scam....similar to paying carbon credits so you can fly around in Lear Jets.It of course makes sense to add recycling capabilities (if it is really recycled - another scam) and go with lower energy draw appliances (as much for you as anything else), but just make sure that what you are doing is really good for the environment...Just my .02....

Regardless, our government has blown billions of dollars in wasted green energy scams.

Sounds like a Nigerian scam waiting to happen.

Air duct cleaning is a scam.

So within 3 days  we decided to move to North West Arkansas and start new life, we had less than $2.5k  at that moment.We were more than 2 month in hotels until we found  a place to rent, properties that posted in craiglist at the evening were found tenant the next day before noon, during that period of time i opened My locksmith business and advertised the service on google adwords (luckily i have the experience to put my ad in the first place on first page) so i started to make money on the same day i got basic locksmith tools and new van. 2 month ago I searched for other methods to increase my income and after reading a while and passing most of the "scam's" proposal on be rich as soon as you wake up next morning, I found the real estate and it just felt right from the first second, ( I had some buy and hold 3 units in Israel ) then i went to youtube and searched for real estate investing taking notes of the terms using in the videos and start googling the terms to learn the definition, UNTIL one of the terms send me to BP and this where i felt i found IT.I hope is not the largest introduction the BP society has read :) , so i decided that  the first thing i want is too get a monthly cash flow ASAP before the end of the year and i almost did!

It appears that some scam artist has listed by property on Zillow and other sites.
