@Andrew Dunham, I don't mind older neighborhood (though granted, some houses look abandoned and dirty looking) as long as it is not a war zone area (E.g. neighborhood with a lot of crime rates, drugs, property crime, etc.).

Asking about her remission alluding to the effect that i'm the only one to be living in the house . ( making me worried that's he is devising some strategy to screw me over).I told him the truth, she doesn't live here ,never has ,she lives with her mother in Palmetto Bay ..has a beautiful home. she just needed help when she takes her Chemo drugs and a couple days after.
