A CPA is 100% the person to give you a specific answer on that and iron out the best way to strategically execute. 

It may be a little tougher to find something in your budget, but it's close to DC, has a solid professional community of young professionals, and is considered way too expensive by most people to just buy their own house (although ironically they could likely afford a condo easy peasy...).

Something you want your Lender to get ironed out before they sell to one or the other. 

Otherwise across iron point/prairie city/boardstone/empire ranch are great neighborhoods.

Which, as an ironic twist, the IRS "EIN Assistant" service is currently down...maybe that's why they charge.
