Is that under Demographics-household-age?

The economy, unemployment rate, job growth, population growth, affordability, households making improvement(s), military/Veteran friendly environment, free market state, no income tax, etc. etc. all helped with our decision to become San Antonian transplants in the next month. 

My thoughts would be, how much household income could you have with your new status as an RE PRo?

I haven't set my household up to do this yet, and I'm not sure if we will try it or not.

I don't know if these numbers are 100% accurate but I heard the other day in Sonoma County CA that a household needs to make a combined 175K a year to afford living and a mortgage in our county and that only 4% of people meet that criteria.  

A guy today emailed me that there are no smokers in his household and answered all my other questions.  

In the Casey household I talk about money all the time with my kids.
