I understand both sides of the coin and can see the value in both but I'm wondering what do you guys do and what works for ya'll? 

Im at risk of making myself sound like a wacko here... but i like to think that my silver/gold coin collection is a better hedge against the next crash than US Dollars would be since precious metals tend to appreciate during economic uncertainty.

Otherwise, you can acquire the basics through some Community Colleges, and most likely land a paying entry position immediately upon completion of the program.If you are like most of us; you start at the bottom, move up in your profession, save your coins and several years down the road you are able to enter the world of real estate investing.
