They have no problem accommodating me.

Our home is large enough to accommodate our family and renters, but I'm curious to hear what you think.    

In general, when it comes to student accommodation, families decide what is best for their children.

But none of those things is the same as a large dollar business deal (multi-year technology outsourcing for a bank), where the reality was the outsourcer got burned by the terms over time, complained, and was accommodated with a term change.

Can we request Section 8 to find them better accommodations?

I have noticed that most flips are not done to accommodate persons that use (no particular order) wheelchairs, low-height counters, access-ramps, handrails (hallways, bathrooms, et.al.), special sound-proofing (PTSD patients), and visually enclosed backyards (special-need dog care). 

I politely ask for the soonest court date possible sometimes they accommodate sometimes they do not but it never hurts to ask.

My role is to provide rental accommodation to people who can pay for it, not to support people who, for whatever reason, can no longer pay their bills.

The end result will be a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath cape with a master suite on the first floor and two dormered bedrooms on the second floor.We are modifying the closet under the stairs to accommodate a side by side washer and dryer, so they will be on the first floor just outside the master suite.
