Employment will continue to rise.Inflation fueled by debt will be the greatest threat by end of the year, but I think we've seen this year that it's a delayed risk which the stock market/mortgage rates can overlook in the short run.In Atlanta, I think we'll see rents continue to rise sharply while new construction continues to spin up and non-investor buyers come back into the market.I think multi-national companies, domestic consumer goods/services, and foreign markets will outperform this year.Take this with a grain of salt.

Anything near the salt water wears out faster (paint, HVACs, etc) so it requires more maintenance.Mike
