Since, I am unable to use my vision for reading, I have your book on PDF, so I can listen to it where ever I am in the house. 

My hubby and I just sat down last night to really lay out our goals and vision for this process.

I also like the idea of using it then selling it while I'm there - but I have these visions of me in a hawaiian shirt and straw hat standing on the corner handing out brochures to tourists the whole time trying to hawk them.

You need to research all the rental laws for your state and I know $300 to $500 is a lot of money we can use for nice things, but if you open your mail someday and it contains a large stack of paper for a lawsuit for a million dollars your heart will sink and you will spend then next few years with many sleepless nights as you vision your tenants owning everything you worked for.

This fits my long term vision and goal.

We went over the details of how he runs his organization, what his investment vision is for the future regarding the senior living space etc.My advise is if you read the paperwork and you're serious about investing, try to schedule a time to talk to Dan over the phone and raise any concerns you might have.Hope this helps,Nikos

Good luck PaulYes, I have my "Vision Board," I just started creating a couple of years ago.

I do have similar vision like you (but may 2-3 rehabs by next year), as I am currently working on the first one and having a full time job leaves you with less time.

What's really cool is your not fighting the yoke trying to hunt for instruments as you have a clear field of vision.
