I am 55-year-old woman getting a late start.

It is a couple and the woman is taking a job as a OBGYN making $347,000/yr .

I have put notice out to the complex and so far only one single woman has submitted a resume.

It's still possible to buy a cute house here in a decent neighborhood if you make $50K - $70K a year.   

I had a woman who had 2 kids and then she let slip 3 would be living with her in a one bedroom. 

So far I've switched agents because I couldn't get the first woman to respond to me  and now this second gentleman they set me up with  seems like he doesn't have any real answers to my questions .

I was shocked by the feedback - "This home is so cute", "It's nicer than the other places we visited", and "It has a nice flow into the kitchen".

The second was a restaurant my spouse and I started with another woman and she was supposed to manage it and we were supposed to be the silent money partners.
