as i said before, a new menards opened right accross my HD and i have gone in twice. once for a 7" grinder, once for louvered bifold doors since HD was out.i practically do not need to leave a HD to build a house.i am not interested in buying dog food or salt shakers at my hardware store, like menards.

Jonathan, That would depend on a lot of factors, what would the scope of his job be, assuming you have a co. come and cut lawns, snow plow and put calcium down, would he fix clogged toilets, sinks, paint, change light bulbs and or fixtures, maintain the furnace if needed, shovel and salt between contractor, will he answer tenant phone calls and pass it to the PM if it's not in his job description, will he be living there ( that would be part of that persons income). i would think that if you had someone doing most of that and living there you can find someone for somewhere around $15-$20/ hour.

And yeah most review sites I take with a huge grain of salt because the complaints are often ridiculous, or the positive reviews might be written by someone who actually works for that company (my last employer actually encouraged employees to leave multiple positive reviews online <eye roll>).

I would be careful asking the bank about that as well because it will flag you as someone trying to be an investor but take advantage of a residential loan.Like I said take my info with a grain of salt but that's what I've experienced / seen in my time in REI so far.

Make it so it’s all wrapped up in one day instead of dragging on with her going back and fourth rubbing salt in the wound , ...then after her stuff is all out I’d have her sign off on the lease and free herself from the contract .
