The only other personal observation I would offer is that getting a million dollar or even two million dollar policy will probably protect you from most claims.

Just wish there were more cheap houses to buy for cash.William Donaldson my observation is the more active retiree (old timers) age folks are happier and healthier.

OBSERVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS This  house  structural  system  needs  rehabilitation  including  existing  floor  joists  strengthening  by  adding  new members or replacing with new joists.  

One way to determine if an animal is an actual trained service animal is to observe it's behavior.

And if someone is observing, they might even be tempted to do something about it.
