I don't read "If the source of funds used to acquire the property was an unsecured loan" to mean that if only say, 20% of the whole purchase price required such funds, that the refinanced DFE amount could be no more than 20% of the purchase price (which is what their use of "all" seems to imply). ie.

In my earlier post, when I wrote "reassessed", what I was implying is that the tax assessor office looked at the permit and determined whether it necessitated a change in value; roof replacement, window replacement, siding replacement - those typically don't change the assessed value.

You're only liable for what you know or should have known about, and you testing to verify it does not imply that you knew about the mold previously.I would say, as well, if your property comes back with significant mold in it, call your homeowners insurance.

If housing is a 'right' as you are implying then its a societal responsibility to pay for it - not just one subset of people's responsibility.Farmers and grocers aren't required to take installment payments if someone is having trouble paying, Neither are doctors and nurses required to provide their services under such terms.
