Doors & windows are boarded up except for a gap we put ours arms through with a camera.We take possession in 30 days & the elderly out of state owner says its all yours but said the barn hasn't been touched for 14 years.The old doors we found in the basement are 9 ft x 4 Ft wide a piece & they appear to be the pocket doors missing between the living rm/dining rm & they are in good condition.The ground floor has two large master baths & the staircase & hardwood floors are amazing.

When i say id want to do $100k in repairs im just calling out the number it would take to have new kitchen, new bathrooms elegant crown moldings, finishing the basement, gorgeous landscaping, new hardwood floor if necessary, central air.

If I use a half inch backer board under tile to bring floor level up to say a 3/4 hardwood to get a smooth transition( Im anal about transitions), I will add a plastic flange extender/spacer to flange to bring level up.
