Zillow is always a good place to browse.

I have to use 4 different county sites, that all have different interfaces, to pull my data.I look at last purchase price/data, to try and guess how much is still owed.

Buy whichever ones they have that actually look interesting (I believe in supporting brick and mortar bookstores, because I love browsing in them.)

Because I'm new at this, I don't yet have a lot of contacts, so I've been browsing the MLS looking for properties that could fit my criteria.

I've been watching the forums and browsing and satisfying my curiosity about the subject and science of REI.I've talked with a few landlords in my local area, and they have lots of issues with renters meeting the due dates for rent (typically, due by the 1st, Late fees start applying after the 5th of each month).

It also doesn't have a web interface to make multi-property management a bit easier.
