Agreeable gray with white trim to make it pop .

Cover the windows and trim and tape the ceiling off with tape and 6"paper.  

The suggestion I have is:1) keep the house and trim white, including that brick2) add black shutters to the windows3) paint the front door a bold colorI'm biased though.

Re paint it , add some trim , add some shutters .

Considering getting the windows wrapped at $30 per window but may just paint the trim.

Your lease should state something about him accepting the property in it's current condition and he should have had x days to submit a list of items he finds, like damage in trim, etc.

Rough estimate for most typical markets would be $500-1000 for a standard kitchen installed and trimmed out.In Atlanta, we can typically find a cabinet installer (or good carpenter) to install a standard kitchen for $500-800. 

I just finished having my first rental remodeled and am about to sign my first lease ever with a tenant so this comment isn't coming from someone with experience but I had white trim and ceilings with a lighter gray for the walls.
