Maybe create some way for a blog to be flagged as not endorsed but published as an opinion?

The practice of putting research into book form would surely benefit my understanding of the subject, enhance organization skills, and constitute effective practice for eventually publishing something of more general interest.

The city does publish some vacant property they have seized and plan on selling, but it is a very short list these days.  

The ones that I have found valuable and have mentioned on BP are as follows.The state department of housing publishes vacancy rates as does the Denver Apartment Owners Association.

No journalist publishes articles about it, because there's no one to sell the accompanying advertising space to (See above).No rich people talk about them because, at only $10k per year, if you have $5m sitting around, it's simply not going to move the needle, it's irrelevant. 

He has large whiteboards all around him tracking things like seminar schedules, KPIs (key performance indicators), notes for publishing ideas, and general imporant notes.

If they publish in a legal paper or some online database, you can access the information digitally (legal papers have also online subscriptions,) and sort the data by zip code, foreclosure date, etc.Once you have the information, call the owner, followed by an email and last a letter.
