Same if you have a master electric, you can meter the main line into each units main panel, but the install alone can be every expensive, and once again, would be your responsibility to monitor.

Except I will do all electric work short of replacing a fuse panel, and I will do all plumbing short of crawling under a house (claustrophobic) and operating a roto-rooter (I have an aversion to handling sewage covered tools).One time I bought a one-way bus ticket online from Kansas to Georgia for a guy.

you never know what someone might like, but in general it's the kitchen and bathroom.i have a hideous knotty pine paneling in the basement and everyone loved it. i can't stand looking at it. the garage is amazing and i drool looking it at because i dont have something that nice, yet people are like "it's ok"... so, you never know and you can just ask around and see what the majority wants/needs.

Beyond solar panel roofs, I'm interested in investing in a conscious community, perhaps LEED certified for example.Ideally a place that helps you buy and rent out a unit like a vacation community.
