I’m just still new to this and drinking out of a firehouse trying to learn how to deal with expert manipulator.

But right after moving in (~3 weeks ago), he began drinking to excess, and has already been taken to detox once via ambulance once.

Sometimes people think that they can sit out front with all there buddies, drink, and throw empty beer bottles into the yard. 

feels like i am drinking from the fire hose, all help and advice is welcomed!  

Thing is, the neighbor that did the most complaining would watch a basketball game once a week with surround sound and play it full blast have a house full of drinking loud family members and then shoot off illegal fireworks after the game if his team won.

I KNOW a lot of people drink, use drugs, sit around and do nothing, but there are some people who just can't make it.

The only thing that turned my next door neighbor bully into a friendly neighbor, was because I sat in my Airstream trailer (was developing the property) drinking coffee watching some guys cut down all of my neighbor's beautiful, huge old growth douglas fir trees.  

I am thinking I will do "LDS standards" which means no drinking, smoking, ect.  

Maybe they put their “too good for the guests” food and drinks in a fridge in the garage if they have one?

I don't drink starbucks, never will, so there's my starbucks money.
