I have used it for countertops, tile, porcelain sinks and even boat floors with great success.

Kitchen appliances have been updated, but look like original 80's oak cabinets and laminate countertops.

The rehab I'm doing right now needs new flooring and countertops which I wanted to try to install myself, but I'm hiring a lot of it out because the market so hot I don't want to miss out on a sale.

I don't have to get approval from them for anything  or have a sit down over paint colors or countertops. 

Hi @NickMarron  I am interested in a property that will require some minor rehab (Cosmetic, new siding, kitchen renovations, new countertops and state-of-the-art appliance etc).

KitchenThe best way to change the look of the kitchen is by changing the countertop.

. $1,000 of damage to hardwood floors and marble countertops later, I will never do it again (airbnb was great and fully compensated me for the damages, however dealing with the entitled monsters was a nightmare).

Another issue: how are you supporting the counter-top where you removed the cabinets for the dishwasher? 

Granite countertops, new kitchen & baths etc....I still to an extent over rehab but I realized my competition does very little besides paint and they basically depend the same type of rent.
