I would love to have the gaps filled in for what I dont understand.My current areas of weakness are the short sale process, how EXACTLY the actual LTV, and the concept of value is deemed by valuators, and how to further increase the value on a price per performance basis.Additional areas of interest are Apartment complexes, and the concept of purchasing reverse mortgage notes.Respectfully,Logan Hicks

If that works out that general vicinity may see a nice boost, but in order for the retail part of that project to succeed it has to draw shoppers, and the base to pull from in that immediate area is pretty weak.

A lot of other Realtors are insulted, or just don't get it.If you use a weak agent, they have weak results.

I am very attracted to KW, but with the small presence in my market, it just would not fit with my personality since I rather spend my time on real estate activities as opposed to generating business.So definitely consider what your personal strengths and weaknesses are, how KW is positioned in your market, and decide whether or not going there will help your business...and whether or not it will make you happier in the way you need to operate your business.

Hi everyone my weakness is understanding repair costs and until I get more experience I'm wondering what the best application is for your phone that will help you until you have more experience figure out remodeling costs to flip a property 

Personally I am intrigued by the M5 system as time is my weakness.  

The same process is eliminating the weak/uncommitted. 

They typically look strong to a residential lender but are weak by a commercial lenders standards.
