Colorado is a diverse state for investing. 

Also because of the diverse backgrounds and movies of investors, I wanted to show to my investors (middle aged, has a good job but wants to grow their savings, has kids, can't invest full-time) case studies done by people who they could possibly relate to.

A diverse manufacturing and retail base, and for tourism we're 45 minutes away from Branson, MO (the Nashville of the Ozarks). 

Hi @Chris Seveney, a fund should provide you risk diversity since the fund will invest in multiple assets to essentially "hedge" your risk, should one asset in the portfolio go to default status.

The thing with New England is the price diversity of real estate. 

We also have a very diverse economy here primarily anchored by the multiple military installations which have kept San Antonio very stable.

Hi, I'm trying to invest my first property.Given I'm priced out from my area (SF), I am looking to invest in Raleigh/Durham area.I've done a bit of research and know the area is with lots of high-tech jobs as well as diverse and plentiful of employment growth.However, like lots of boom-towns, it is getting hard to find something with cash flow.
