Account Closed Realestate Agent Sowjanaya Kondety Cheating

I DO NOT recommend Sowjanya Kondety as your Buyer Agent or Seller Agent for your home purchase or for property purchase.Below are the reasons: --She did not stand on what she agreed to me during home search process.Example: -During my home purchase she was Buyer Agent, in the initial discussions (during home search) she agreed verbally over the phone to share 50% of the Buyer Agent Commission to me.She did not mention this matter when she made a contract with me to buy the home with her only, as i am first time home buyer, I did not know to write a contract on this matter. After closing the loan when i ask her to share agreed 50% amount of buyer agent commission, she is saying she thought i am happy with price negotiations what she did. This is the effort to make others to not suffer like me from Sowjanya Kondety
