The properties are a lot less expensive than the neighborhoods just a little bit further north, but it is still known as a desirable family area.Spokane has changed a lot in the past few years, and just yesterday I wrote out my thoughts and observations on Spokane in general and several neighborhoods in particular, in reply to a different post on this forum.

This is when they do site visits to observe the work of the GC.

Today my wife and I went to the county courthouse to observe unlawful detainers in action. 

There are some gems of antiques here.Above the attic is a Belvedere which gives a panoramic of the city - at the time the house was built the owner would have been able to observe both the dockyard and his cotton mill from here.There is also a 3-story carriage house (800 ft^2 / floor) on the property which could be turned into a triplex - once you got all of the old tac and antique furniture out of it.I could get this house - which is still in the tony part of town - and its contents for an amazing price - but what would you do with it?  

Just observing and listening to the engaging discussions we all had was eye opening for her.

You would do well to join a high-end mastermind group where you will find guidance, direction, inspiration and observe what works (and doesn't work) for those with high performance and high net worth individuals. 

If not, my observation is that it is much harder to find management for lower end properties.  

I recently gutted that same bathroom a second time and over 30 years later, there wasn't a cracked tile to be found and I have to say there was good adhesion observed when going through the work of using a hammer drill and tile spade when removing the tile and Durock.

@Steve Hyduchak I won't pretend to know what is a better choice, pursuing a law career or not, but I will make this observation: While you are busy deciding whether or not to go to law school, your life has been moving along at a steady pace which will only increase as you age.

Instead of trying to be DF/SA pros. surround your self with individuals who are. good post and observation.
