My last idea here is to use the mother-in-law suite and walkout basement as a MTR to traveling nurses.

I want to reach out to senior planning companies that work with individuals going to nursing homes liquidate their assets being that in order to qualify for Medicaid they cannot have any assets over 2K.

My children and ex have moved out, and I’ve had to make some essential updates.The property is unique with, in my opinion, much potential for development for AirBNB (not sure how that market is doing), mid term rentals (I.e. nurses or other medical professionals), or weddings and events.I’m new in this space and know I need some networking.

An applicant (Full-time Nurse Practitioner)wants to lease my 3bdrm 2 bath home so she can sublet to traveling nurses  and/or healthcare professionals that she has vetted.
