Most people are drawn to images and graphics, so less words typically = better.If you are not good with branding/graphic design, etc put together the outline and info you want to share and work with a designer.I can tell you: I have seen "decks" that are 1-2 pages of text typed out in word, and I have seen 60 page books.

:The estoppel agreement verifies all terms and is signed by the seller, the tenant, and you to prevent the tenant from coming back later and trying to take advantage of your ignorance.If a term is NOT in the original lease or there is NO written record, how would you incorporate that into an estoppel?

They told me that in order for any "non individual entity"  to owns the LLC, then that non individual entity will have it's own articles of organization/incorporation etc for e.g. another LLC or Corp.I explained to them it's not another LLC or Corp.
