I am not posting now with any presumptions about you, and I feel your pain about people not keeping phone appointments, but for days now, I've been hearing about this.People want to know more about you so they can trust that doing business with you will not cause them financial harm.

If they can't or have concerns about paying a higher portion of the rent, I'd give them the option to end the lease and move out...no harm, no foul...when the deployed person moves out.I understand why it isn't an optimal situation. 

Is this statement just an exaggeration to create a sense of urgent need for her services, or, is there really some substance behind the comment that I am not seeing.
