They're noise nazis or plants on the balcony nazis or anti-rental nazis.I owned one for about 3 years and made a profit, but couldn't WAIT to get out from under the HOA, and yes, I even got on the board to try and add some experience/sanity to it, but it was a losing, insane battle

So I had some battle scars, but what doesn't kill you (quite literally) only makes you stronger, so I would not change it for anything even as I've divested and moved on to better neighborhoods.Here are just some off the top of my head, I'm sure there are many more:- Consistently late rent.

@Jonathan Twombly,It is always an uphill battle to collect once you are sued but if the LLC has proprieties in it; they can get what is in the LLC and sue you personal and get what you have, but it is up to the judge to make that decision.
