They are affordable and help cure much of the heavy lifting for the Mortgagee in administration of the loan.I suppose either way from a borrower credit for payment perspective, always have some type of receipt for payment whether a cancelled check or statement from a bank regarding the draft.

My Question  is I have a cousin that is on Section 8 housing and she had a problem with mold so she couldn't get the owner to fix it ,so she reported it to the Section 8 housing administration and they withheld the landlord rent for 3 mos  until she got the problem fix and then a whole was made when they came to fix the problem.

Don't know where your located at but the PA (public administrator) for the county will do their due diligence in searching for family members or if that family member declines to take care of the estate of the decedent the Office of the Public Administrator will manage the estate.
