Give them the silent treatment until they double message you back, in which you go back to your 80k offer since the other person was obviously false

This is an absurdly complex area of law.

I did some scientific testing and discovered a general principle:The site is a lead generation site for real estate agentsThe agents could generally care less about the specific property that you inquired aboutThey have a planned response:"that property is under contract, but I'd be glad to help you find another" THIS IS ALMOST ALWAYS FALSE.....contact the actual Listing Agent and "yes that property is still available"Is it illegal for a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida to outright lie to a prospective client?

We put this in place because our staff approved one person with false documentation and within a month we had a half dozen requests using false evidence from the same web site. 

That is just absurd.

It can give a person looking at turnkey a slight false sense of reality. 

The state has a form to withdraw from any business entity, you can probably do that yourself, but there will be a fee which is why I said make the demand to the registered agent for them to pay the fees involved and that you never consented to the membership.Forming a business entity without the consent and knowledge of another organizer is probably a felony filing false documents with the Sec. of State.

Can't imagine a HML pulling out on a borrower short of the borrower having an absurd amount of money out but having not paid loans back on time.
