ha, congrats @Chandler Kennelli'm sure you're ahead of your class if you're reading through these forums on your free time.Never thought BiggerPockets would be a source for leadgen in rentals...I definitely would be happy to have you apply, but as you might guess, one of the roommates is bringing in his classmate to add to the lease (hence why I'm asking about addendums).I can put you in touch with the tenant and you can interview with him in case the other falls through if you'd like.

Ha, agreed, I actually don't have any rents collected in person, but this was an eviction process...there are times when you might need to be around your house.What process or system do you use to collect rents?

Oh, and by the way, I bought my first property 12 months ago while I still had student loan debt and while we were saving up for a wedding 4 months later so it was a TERRIBLE decision for me, but I dont regret it at all, ha!
