Sounds like they are walking a very fine line on their selling tactics.

Seriously . . . if you have to creep around with anonymous numbers and other sketchy tactics to promote your business, it probably isn't the kind that is going to bring you much credibility.

Account Closed  have not had the pleasure of getting solicited by those types of companies.. nor have I heard it from any of my Lenders.. but public record being what it is.. and if you think of all the yellow letter companies and other guru tactics it makes sense..

In keeping with their stall/delay tactics, however, only one of the defendants (the husband) filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy the day before the confirmation sale hearing.

I've noticed, I put in a lot of work contacting the agents, building rapport, different negotiation tactics etc...but offers still seem to fall short of acceptance.I'm trying to get creative to make things happen now.
