To say I'm bad with technology is an understatement. 

There's enormous potential for real estate with this technology.

From my experience, I can say that even with precise compliance with construction technology and the use of expensive materials - you can feel the difference.

Using mobile technology it is easy to integrate the two, but you need to have an understanding family and still set some boundaries.

This of course does not include any technology, additional training, technology or marketing costs. 

This kind of software is outside my scope of expertise with technology. 

The industry is ripe for a complete overhaul that empowers individual consumers through the tools that modern technology has ubiquitously bestowed on us, regardless of our ability to pay a certain percentage to the so-called gatekeepers.

You left that part out.Yeah, I get it’s the fad to constantly dog the Unites States.Yet, anyone who does sounds ignorant to me when they don’t take into consideration that this country floats a significant portion of the world’s healthcare R&D, technology R&D, entertainment, etc.Yeah, everyone here can be financially free and independent too...you just have to live in the middle of the jungle wearing a loincloth (or don’t) and hunt for wild berries.Someone has to put the work in, and there must be a reason why so many people still choose to move here.

Automation is part of that but it's using the technology effectively to do what you want.If you want to help setting up systems and using what we have developed, I do coaching in this area.

Overall, we've all had a significantly reduced workload, so we've been able to focus on bigger picture items.The biggest piece of advice that I could give you is to make sure your systems, technology, and SOPs are all solid and streamlined as much as possible.
